OSHKOSH B’GOSH

In considering components for a holiday packaging program, anything is possible. From a creative stand point, the little things like tissue, ribbons, bows, and greeting cards make great impressions. Operationally, the management and assembly of these components can be a challenge. With this in mind, CRP worked with OshKosh B’gosh to develop a full giftwrap program for the holidays that maximized the intended customer experience, without the logistical fuss.

OshKosh B’gosh had originally run their holiday program with five main components: a two-piece box (base + lid), tissue, sticker, and ribbon. After consulting with their fulfillment department, CRP developed a solution to simplify the giftwrap process while maintaining an attractive presentation. Foregoing the assembly line approach, CRP presented a consolidated giftwrap set which included: a one-piece folding gift box, tissue cut to size, pre-tied ribbons, and a tissue sticker. These gift sets were delivered pre-packed so all it took for fulfillment was to grab a set, set it up, and send it off. By combining all five SKUs into one, CRP was able to bring down cost, labor, and waste while still delivering a beautifully gift wrapped product in time for the holiday season.
